The cottage is an entire home arranged over two floors, with a comfortable living room, separate dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, family bathroom and a small enclosed outdoor space. The living room has a smart TV and log burner, which guests are welcome to use in accordance with the house manual. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The dining room seats guests comfortably and can also be used as a laptop-friendly space for remote working, supported by fibre optic superfast Wi-Fi. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one king bedroom and one small double bedroom. A pull out single bed is also available in the dining room. The bathroom includes a bath with shower. The property is family-friendly, with a stair gate, high chair and cot available on request. Please note that the stairs are steep, which may limit accessibility for some guests or require extra care with young children. Dogs are welcome, up to a maximum of two, subject to an additional charge per dog and the house rules.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request. Linen, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee are provided. A visitor parking permit is included for one vehicle. The permit covers on-street parking within Salisbury Zone B, which extends across a wide area around the property. Spaces are not guaranteed and parking directly outside the cottage can be limited, but there are two 30-minute bays immediately outside which are useful for loading and unloading. Guests must provide their vehicle registration number before check-in so the visitor permit can be activated. Parking enforcement officers patrol the area regularly, so the permit must be activated before parking for longer periods. Dogs must remain downstairs, are not permitted on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. The outdoor space is enclosed by a small hip-height wooden fence. The property is tech-enabled, with a smart lock and smart thermostat for guest convenience.

Elizabeth Gardens is a beautiful riverside green space nearby, perfect for a relaxed walk, a picnic, or letting children and dogs enjoy some fresh air. Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole cottage, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, family bathroom and enclosed outdoor space. The property is accessed through the front door on West Street using the Yale smart lock. Guests will be provided with a temporary access code before check-in, which will remain active for the duration of the stay. A backup key for the rear door is also available in a lock box at the rear of the property. Rear access is via the alleyway on North Street, to the right-hand side of the cottage. This should only be used if required.
